    target="NAME OF MAIN IFRAME"

    And make sure the iframe in the main box is called something.

    you just add in target="main" to the link so it would be somthing like this:

    <a href=home.html target="mainframe"> Home</a>

    I think I'm not sure if href is spelt right.

    Still really lost Im kinda noob getting started with a fansite. I link the file down the bottom and puit target main frame. But still doesnt work. On my old layout i bought of ad. It had a page. that i just copy and pasted andused that cna any one help out here?
