Needing A New Host

Hello all,

I am changing my server from my current one but I need to know which sites are good to host my site as the last site I was hosted with had many many problems (no offence to the owner) but it had downtime a lot (about 40% uptime) and when i updated the site it would earase everything I did after 24 hours.

So I am in need of a new host I can pay either monthly or yearly. I am currently paying £40 a year for....

2000 mb space (2gb)
30,000 bandwidth (30gb)
unlimited everything else (email's, mysql' databases's, subdomains, ect.)
Cpanel X - everything included with it.

So any help with this?
