Ok, ever since I was in grade 6 I think, I've weighed 95 pounds. (I know, im light) But surprisingly, im not skinny. I'm 5'3" and I think theres somethign wrong with me. Some of my friends, are shorter than me, although I weigh LESS? weird isnt it..
Also, I have fat over my stomach that I want to get rid of.. Any plans that I can actually stick to?
I have a benchpress, a stepper, a manual tredmill(the ones that dont move on their own) and those bike things.
If someone could give me a daily or weekly plan I could use, I'd be greatful =)
Oh, my eating patterns are weird too..
Once I eat, half an hour later, I'm already looking for food, even though Im not hungry?
