Counter Strike ***

Well, I have Counter Strike, and I have never cheated before on it, and I have been banned for cheating on a VAC secured Server ***???
So now I cant even go on my own servers as I like to have VAC on them. Does any one know what other programs which could triger this?

Thats what they all say..

VAC only bans if the files have been edited, the memory of the program has been edited or known hacks are detected in memory.

Does that include editing files to upload to our server? :s
