Well i've now been to two different shops near me that the ukash site says sells the vouchers. In the first shop I asked for one and then the man said to me 'what network is that?' thinking it was a top up card, and in the second she was completely clueless and just looked at me strangly.
So is it just the shop assistants not knowing what they are or is it something like me saying it wrong? I just noticed theres a printable shop keepers instructions on the ukash page. I wonder if I should print one off and take it in.
