PLus 18 is considered an adult, 13 is a very difficult age, as I remmber

Parents like to know their kids are being moderated and kept safe by adults. At the beginning of Habbo the age limit was 14, then 16 now it's 18. The older you are the more pressure you can handle, and I don't think you could handle everything a hobba goes through.

I agree with sora, when you are 18 you are more responsible and to be a hobba you need to be able to cope with a lot of things.
