I am re-opening my old fansite and I have two layouts. Im not too sure which one to go with so I need some help deciding!

Yeah, Sygon made the second one for the site. and a friend of mine made the other one.

Unless you can get the tabs on layout #1 to slide in and out on mouseover then use #2.
