How old do you have to be to use paypal

i dno, any age??? just as long as u got a credit card or w/e then yeah, i think i got a paypal account and im 12

but i think u gotta be about 13 :S

I'm 14 and my account got suspended, but i don't wanna call them then they ask my age and i say i'm 14 and they say "well you gotta be x years old" cause then i'm f'ed.
