It's allowed to bump in the Announcements forum if Managers ask me, since it serves a purpose. Normally they can post a new thread but if the thread's just hours old it can be bumped (although that thread is days old so it could be posted again instead, but it makes no difference).

And yeah I like using mess.be to make funky posts like that :p

Bumping is not a bannable offence, unless a user was going around bumping loads of threads without any purpose whatsoever so as to deliberately annoy users. You're clearly picking at something incredibly stupid here :rolleyes:
