A couple of problems I'm having with VIP...

1) How do you add more than one line to your Custom User Title. I mean m,ake it go onto two lines? I tried using HTML tags like <br> and <p> but they don't work?
2) It says to claim free reputation points (on this thread http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=126036) to go to http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=221217 but when I go to this address it says
