G-BNLL one of the most recent additions to the Safety X team advertising a well known and tricky scam site in the early morning (1:30 - 2:00) and sent a message to all his friends about a nasty scam site about the 'Habbo Rich List' which claims it's bandwidth is down but then changes your habbo client window to it's own, so when you login your details are sent not to habbo, but the scam.

You'd think a Safety X would never do it in a million years, but he did. I reported the console message and presumably lots of others did and he's now banned, probably permanently. I and a friends also emailed Redtiz too because lots of people trust Xs and it's just a easy scam to fall for unfortunately.

So yes, he's banned for advertising a scam site and likely to be perm, meaning sack.

Remember don't go on any 'HABBO RICH LIST' websites

Edit: I know it sounds like I'm proud for this and sounds like I'm just trying to get Xs sacked. But after all he was advertising a scam site :S

Perhaps he had his account accessed? I feel it would be wrong to assume it was him when you probably don't know the full story behind it, I am not saying he didn't, but there is no way you can be sure his password wasn't stolen or something.

Yeah sounds likely. As a Safety X he should know not to go on unknown fansites and he should of checked the URL when he was logging in

We all have our off days.

I must admit, I've ventured onto a few websites that I shouldn't of done in my time. System restores saved me most of the time, though. Apart from that one time, when it wiped my entire computer. Turning on in the morning for it to tell you the folder "Windows" does not exist isn't the most exciting thing in the world.

im 70% sure he got hacked. this has happened to a few people on my f/l. its like a chain, you see it advertised by flooders, you go on the site, it reloads your client onto the habbouncovered site, you type in name and pw, KABOOM! hacked. the website owner/workers for him go on your acc, and flood it to the hackd users f/l or rooms. when the normal owner comes back onto their acc, they dnt know wth has happened.

his account was acessed by someone other then him and he will be returning to the X team when he is sure his account is safe.
