Don't you think bans which have been on a account for a year have learnt their lesson?Because well i may aswell say it lolol,I owned the account silvermerc and it got perm about 2 years ago...Or one lolol,and i was looking through the posts and thinking wo,I was soooo immature then but then again who isnt when there that young,But now i think why not unban accounts which have had over a year ban... Because the've had their punishment.
