Are you sure that bit of that layout are not stolen I see the side bar and its all Déjà vu. I'm totally sure I've see that on a layout before. Good luck finding someone to code you layout.

Out of interest has that image been shrunk since everything seems smaller than id exspect it to be normaly?

Thats not the copy thats going to be coded no.

Oh and about you have seen it before. The person that said they would code it last (owner of Furni.Info) stole it and used it on his site. Thats where you have seen it.

I believe that image is just showing the layout and describing what he wants. Ever since Think Habbo, that layout positioning has become very famous. At the moment, Club Habbo is using that positioning not the first and probably not the last.

I'm sure I've seen one of your layouts and it still had the watermark on it on one corner.
