Best bet is to actually go down to the pharmacy(sp) and ask them for somekind of painkillers?

Have some paracetamol or something or Nurofen Plus (it's quite strong) and see if it helps the pain at all if it doesn't go and see a doctor and they might be able to give you something stronger

Panadol will steady the pain, just make sure there is no long-term damage.
