Ye, it's part of breakdancing. It's broken into loads of different genres of breakdancing, but the worm is one of them. The windmill is the furthest I got.

Try Turtle. it's one of the toughest move. Involves alot of wrist strength. Baby freeze is one of the basics of breakdancing.

There's some tip sites giving you guide on how to start breakdancing.
You could also pick up some books from the local bookstore.

www.miniclips.com shows some breakdancing guide clips too.
