Also I didn't make it for ModernHabbo, I just put it on for show as ModernHabbo is my site.

The layout looks amazing!! +Rep big time!

The downside would be trying to code it using all of those images... it would have to be tables and would take awhile to load :S

Sidenote - me & someone might do a mashup so we might contact you about your layout
