    I don't think you can download it unless there is a download button, and you can save target as.

    And, you must get it in a .mov format. [I guess]

    Google 'vdownloader' and download that. It can download youtube, google video and another one, I think it's Daily Motion.

    i go to www.keepvid.com then download the flv from there then go to www.media-convert.com and convert it to .avi

    What can Windows Movie Maker Open?

    .mov
    .avi
    can it upload them
    and what else does it load
