Hmmph. I dont like the colours. And its all a bit plain.

Also web 2.0 isn't a layout style... its functionality... no layout is "web 2.0" web 2.0 refers to internet apps such as google maps which previously would have had to be downloaded apps. Anything which adds new functionality to the internet can be web 2.0, youtube for instance. Anything which isn't possible offline. Your layout.. isn't web 2.0

In fairness there is a ajax based page loader in there which does give it a web 2.0 style of immediasy

personly im not keen on it, the text is a bit to big and its all a bit to plain and empty

Hum.... not bad but some suggestions:

    -Change the colour scheme
-You can't read the nav when you hover over the links
-Try a different font (Tahoma size 10)
-Style your headings (Welcome to Caleb Mingle!)
-Change your "red box" logo, it looks out of place with the green & blue

Not bad for a First nonhabbo layout, still think you should stick to Habbo though...
