    Default Spots

    Hello all

I have got a few spots, and just now one split. This white yucky stuff came out, and I will admit, I have a weak stomach and I dont like the sight of it. Im 13, so its just growing up, puberty, yea?

Does it make me a man

    Regards,
    Sean

Yes, can anyone reccommend like, cleansing treatment? Something to stop the spots and clear greasy skin? I notice thats coming on aswell now.. I dont really want to go ask mum to get me spot cream or acne cream, I would rather get it myself but I dont know any brands... apart from Oxy something..

im 18 and still get the odd spot
its down to what you eat,
drink plenty of water, dont ******* touch it ,
dont buy anything like clearesel as they spread the spots to make you buy more...
drink water and have hot showers then rinse your face with cold water from the sink, this opes the pours, cleans them and closes them.

I must admit, my diet is pretty crap. I eat lots of sugary foods, fizzy drinks and crisps. Could this be contributing to the problem

yes, if you drink about 4 pints of water a day you will have beutiful skin, it sounds alot but its not, 1 in the morning, botte at shool, one when u get in, and one before u go to bed..
it cleans the skin from the inside out, so try tht

Does it have to be at them times, or can it be like all in the morning? And how long will it take before I notice the change in skin

best to balance it out thru the whole day..
and should notice the change in a day or two, dont expect it to go completely.. your bound to get a few spots over puberty, this is just a way that helps it stop spreading etc.
