    Hello, i need help i want to have my site so it doesn't refresh when you open a new page like in the nav it'll just refresh the content area with a php page or somthing. So i don't have to make new HTML docs for every page =D

    It does load in the iframe...

    Right heres what you do. You just need one page

    So your iframe in the middle put <iframe id="whateveryouwanttocallyouriframe"></iframe> and under the links put
    <a href="urlforcontent" target="whateveryoucalledyouriframe">
