Im trying to Validate the Maintanence Page of my new site but it says it has a problem with Line 21:

Error Line 21, column 18: there is no attribute "background" .

It has no problem with any other one...

background="" isnt a valid in your doctype.

Change to style="background-image: url(spacer.gif);"

That will make it valid

Perhaps when you fix line 21, it will give line 22 an error, then when you sort that out it displays the error on line 23, etc.

ha! To create a XHTML 1.0 Transitional site you need to use CSS otherwise its just HTML.
