I done a typo in the Thread.
I ment 2 new MOD's but the old ones is which the thread is based on.

And you don't need posts to Moderate..

There was an announcement a while back saying they were employing on general forum behaviour and post reports. Thats where they are getting people from.

They need new mods thats why there are so many coming through.

We need to fill the gap somehow, and using the already posted about method of looking for people who report posts and the such seems perfectly acceptanle.

Applications can be lied about; it's no use saying what can do without putting it into practice - this way, it's more practical.

11MOD's and more SMODS - it's all that's needed, maybe a few more but not extortionate.
