    You should really get a domain and hosting if you want to be popular as most people wont visit piczo sites.

    It looks good however, i would get it coded and then either get a domain and hosting or use a free host.

    Need a domain but dont have paypal... not to worry. You can purchase a domain via text or home phone at XeoDomains.mobi.
