drinking four pints of water (or whatever) a day.
1. do not drink one pint, then another and so on. drink it slowly throught the day. if you drink it all at once all the stuff your body needs will be washed out and you will get REALLY ill.
I know this sounds sick but. check you pee because you flush it. if its dark (even just a bit dark) you are in serious danger. i know people dont think of it. but, your killing your kidneys and your liver. drink more water. it should be clear/nearly clear/a bit yellow. (if its darker than clear yellow then you are dehydrated.)
Umm, Drink TAP WATER because you dont really know whats in bottled. 42 tests on bottled and something like 300 on tap.
NEVER swim/drink in lakes/rivers. you dont know, there could be something nasty further up. (eg. a dead body)
Need to know any sulutions(SP?) to any problems with water or need any advice on stuff liek that just ask.
