Eynx probally had the best billboard submission, so why shouldn't he of won . Though I wouldn't be suprised if nobody but him entered

Well, why can't an X Win? To be honest, if you were an X and someone said 'oh an x won, wow' if that was about you, you wouldnt be too happy. If it's good, he'll win. Just because were x's doesnt mean anything - were just as normal as you are.
