I also have my GCSE's atm, but i've had the same problem as you for a couple of years.
Its like you can't sleep untill you've sorted all your problems (that arn't even always that bad) out in your head?
I know it sounds stupid but try going to bed a bit erlier so that you can start thinking earlier to get it all sorted in your head, and you feel much better.
I probably sound like a complete maniac - but it works for me! ;]
    Happy sleeping,

    This is my mind,
It goes over and over the same old lines.
    & This is my brain,
It's torturous analytical thoughts make me go insane.
& I'm singing uh oh on a Friday night.

Just calm down. ;] Just do something which takes your mind off things.

When you worry about things, they turn out to be better than you expect.

    that doesnt help

sure, it would lift your mood for about 2 minutes, then you come back to reality and face your problems again.

obviously gcse's will take their toll, so any minor problems might seem bigger. you finished school today, so hopefully now you can relax a bit more and you'll feel better (y)
