    contact the police report as a high risk case they will track there fone if you give them there number, and then when they are found no one will be in trouble or arrested or anything like that and it wont effect your record

    Can't you phone the company providing said persons service for this. I'm sure they'll be complient if you tell them what the reason is. Might need proof of who you are though.
