Uhh, here you can get get it at any age except you have to have your parent with you.

As said by others, it's legally any age but it's recommended you don't get it done when you're under 14 or 15, depending on how much growing you have left to do. It's a very shallow piercing and is likely to come out (mine has done so twice and I'm 17), so don't get it done young and expect it to be permanent.

im thinking about getting mine done.. but some peoples bodies cant take it and your left with a huge scar.. it looks like you got a crator in your eyebrow.. most of my family who have had their eyebrow done have got it..
