What do people think to their new album?

Interpol are my favourite band but this album I feel doesn't come anywhere as close to Antics and Turn On The Bright Lights.

To me it just seems like the band has lost interest in their music a little bit.

Anyone also heard the stuff on ***d I.D. #3 from when they first started out? Its really interesting how edited PDA is on Bright Lights.

Depends what you're in to really. At first I didn't think much of their albums but each song grows on you. It happened to a friend of mine, I told him he should listen, he said he can't stand them and then a few weeks later he thinks they're amazing.

Unfortunately Our Love To Admire isn't growing on me.

i spose. but yeh it wouldnt suprise me the music gets less exciting with the more coverage they keep getting. its pretty much inevitable.

when i first got otla is took me ages to get into it, bright lights would be in my top five albums ever and 'antic's was a strong effort too so obviously it's hard to follow them but these last two weeks i've really been able to get into it and i'm beginning to love it.

'pioneer to the falls' is ******* epic.

all i've heard from the new album is "pioneer to the falls", and its great, but i hear the rest isnt as good.

and i still need TOTBL, haha. ive heard it, and its amazing, but i dont have it.
