My brother just got a job interview and they have given a voucher for £150 to buy a bike so he can bike to work, £120 worth of vouchers for greenwoods to by a suit for his interview and they offerd him money to kit himself out for work. (all this for a job in a corner shop)
What do you think about this? I think it's wrong tbh.

Shouldnt they give him vouchers for clothes after he gets the job? What if he fails the interview?

Well he can use them again and again so I suppose if its a one off payment its better tbh.
He can use the bike and suit for other jobs :]
