    Mad For Manga?

You never know where we’ll pluck our next idea from. Normally it involves brainstorming and copious amounts of red frogs, but after stumbling across :EDCHICK::’s unique Habbo Home we thought... hmmm let’s “borrow” that idea for our next Japanese comp...
Manga is the Japanese word for comics and has well and truly taken the world by storm! It’s a multi-billion dollar industry with hundreds of thousands of fans right across the globe. Manga is normally printed in black and white except for the covers and the first few pages.
Your next Japanese inspired challenge is to jump on the bandwagon of the Manga craze and create your own. Be sure to check out :EDCHICK::’s Habbo Home for inspiration.
    How to Enter:
    • Design a Habbo comic using your Habbo Home or another method of your choice
    • If you decide to use your Habbo Home please send the URL in an email to competitions.au[at]sulake.com (remove the [at] and replace it with an @ sign)
    • If you decide to use another method, please attach your comic to an email and send it to competitions.au[at]sulake.com (remove the [at] and replace it with an @ sign)
    • Please keep any attachments 1MB or under
    • Put ‘Habbo Comic’ in the email subject line
    • Don’t forget to include your Habbo name in the email
Your Manga can be about anything you like so keep it unique, quirky and F...U...N!
Prizes: 10 lucky Habbos will all receive a Japanese Week Badge, Rare White Oriental Screen and a Habbo Exchange Sack of Credits.
Entries close Monday, August 20. Good luck Mangaka!

    Plan Your Japan

Release your inner creative genius in this design comp. Be inspired by the land of the rising sun and construct a traditional Japanese room, restaurant, ninja headquarters... whatever!
It’s completely up to you to design whatever tickles your fancy, but some ideas if you’re stuck include a Japanese garden, a typical Japanese house, a sumo wrestling arena, or even a sushi train.
    How to Enter:
    • Attach a screenshot of your Japanese inspired room to an email and send it to competitions.au[at]sulake.com (remove the [at] and replace it with an @ sign)
    • Include a brief description about the design of your room
    • Put “Plan Your Japan” in the subject line
    • Don’t forget to include your Habbo name
    • You can not alter your screenshot in any way
    Prizes:
10 Winners: 10 lucky Habbos will all receive a Japanese Week Badge, Rare White Oriental Screen and a Habbo Exchange Sack of Credits.
Entries close Sunday, August 19. Good luck!
