So ive sold me fone on ebay to get a new one but i need a tracking code before i can get the cash.
Whats this mean?:S

I think the person is claiming they have not recieved the phone so you need to provide a tracking number/parcel number so that they can check it had been delivered. if you posted it not using registered post etc there is no proof that the people you sent it to got it.

usually he pays you then you send him an invoice or message with the tracking code in it. for you to give him the tracking code before he pays, that means its sent to him already then he just wont pay.

so give it him once he pays.

yeah, i ordered a set of dell 5.1 speakers off ebay and i was like shippin' total plz and then he sends it to me and the price says on his ebay 17.95 and i was like kk thats fine but i wasn't sure so i asked and then the total comes it it's like 49.95 to ship a box from texas to newyork, i don't think so!
