Since most of the important information will be on your CV which you include, it should just be a polite, formal letter which says you are interested in applying for the job (which one, and where you saw it?) and would like to arrange an interview. There's no need to make it too long, as it is only a cover letter. Say that you have included a CV.. and all of your contact details should be at the top. Start it with Dear Sir/Madam if you don't know exactly who is going to be reading it.
Ask your parents for some help.. they may be able to show you cover letters which they have written.

    Hope I've helped.
