    Default Voiceover + Jingle

    1. Im wondering, how do you get a voiceover?
Is there a certain program or something. I realy want to find out how (so I can make jingles).
Or is there a program to change your voice?

    2. What programs do you use to make jingles and add sound affects?

Thanx for all the help ppl :]
