I don't think so, the only possible way of a BioShock 2 was if it was a prequal.

Still the best game I've played in a while.

Jack was only created a few days before the game started so he has no history to explore which would mean you would be playing as someone evil like Andrew Ryan or Atlas/Fontaine

Then you wouldn't be able to get adam so you couldn't upgrade your plasmids.

Maybe an MMO...Bioshock would be cool if you could just wander around Rapture as a full city
No evil etc.
Just a city with people wandering and doing stuff, would be cool but boring I guess
But yea if they make another Bioshock game they should make it an MMO but I think it'd be hard to find a way to make it an MMO cause the only real plot it can have is what they already did

The only possible way of seeing a BioShock 2 was if you got the 'bad' or 'neutral' ending.

And I'm sure Jack was created 2 years before entering Rapture... if it was during/ after the 1959 New Years Eve Siege then he couldn't have been smuggled out.

BioShock 2 : All hell has broken loose, you must escape Rapture before the Bomb explodes the lighthouse, Navigating all the way back you have unlimited ADAM, but with the fall of fontaine a new chemical has been found, a combination of ADAM and EVE makes GARDEN, which grants full immortality. But due to the player spending his last EVE vials on Fontaine, the whole of Rapture has become even more unsafe. Finding Immortality will be like finding a needle in a haystack.
