I would assume that if it isnt one then itll be the other and it would make more sense to release the cinema seat as the rare because then people can buy them en masse, make lots of cinemas rooms on Habbo and Sulake can make lots of money out of it.
The directors chair is more of a one off item that Habbos arent likely to need more than one of if theyre designing a room so I would assume that the directors chair will be wrapped up in the Habbowood prize.

Habbowood Directors Chair probably will be. I think the Theater Chair will in fact be the prize which comes out for the top 10 nominees (as they are doing in Australian Habbo Hotel).

I think they'll make the theatre seat a rare though for the reasons Nick said.
