Hey there, I started going to the gym ages ago, until in April this year I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and was told to keep away from the gym until I get used to the spasms.
So I've got them under control and going next week.
What I want to know is, the first time I went the guy told me and my gym partner we're putting weight on because we don't eat ENOUGH so what we do eat, the body stores as fat so it can eat off of that...
Which I find weird so I just went to talk to my connexions adviser and it d.ced me (;l) so... is this even true?
I've googled it, can't find anything!
