Create a backup of all the DATA, is using the system, it's easy to take all the files, then just replace the ones on your new host to save time, like custom settings.

    There's a Few Ways
The Easiest Way is Called Sitecopy that only few hosts supply
    -give domain name
    -prove domain ownership
    -files automatically transfered

The Second way is if you have hosting with FTP
-Have FTP Program Ready and connect to old host
-Download all Files From it by Highlighting and Download(works for most)
-Then Hook up to your New Hosts FTP and Upload it all to it(hopefully it has FTP)

    No FTP?(Harder)
1.Possibly Go into Code Editor One By One and Copy (Easiest of hard)
2.go to your website,Right click and Hit View source on all pages
then copy coding into documents on your PC

That Should Cover all the Options
