I got banned today on Wootzeh for repeated rule breaking :S, the last infraction I got was for saying 'Gtfo' which apparently avoided the filter? Anyways, I got banned for 7days, what happened to being put to cautioned then if you continue rule breaking you get banned?

It says I'm cautioned but I can't post or anything and I get this message when trying to :

Additionally, cautioned members cannot post in the Habbox Feedback forum, due to Cautioned members usually spamming it up about their caution, or abusing the Mod that infractioned them, or the SMod that banned them, etc. etc. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until your caution is over to report the infraction. If you believe the infraction was the reason for your ban, you can include it in your contact us report.

What's the point? You'll only end up getting banned, because you keep breaking the rules.
