More attentive VIP Managers.

I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but there can get to be a massive backlog of people who are requesting VIP features, who don't get them for something like 24hrs.
My suggestion is to hire more VIP Managers, or make them more attentive.
In the long run if you did, it could mean more signups if people see VIP Managers that are actually attentive.
For an example; I haven't had my name change for 2 days, and my usertitle or my rep for 24 hours approx.
I'm not trying to flame you, but I'm just saying.

Having another manager will probably confuse each other seeing as they will probably get in each others way , it may work out if they do kinda 'shifts' where they can take a break.
Josh actually does do a very good job seeing he has other jobs to do and is probably very busy in rl.

You actually haven't waited 24 hours, it was about 23. But I normally do it once per day, it just depends on the amount of replies that happen before I reply to it once per day.

Name Changes I haven't done as I thought I had, so apologies for that and they will be done momentarliy

If you can't wait 24-48 hours for a usertitle change or a bad rep removed then that's stupid? :s

Don't really know about name changes seeing as you can only see your own.. & the only thing that has really slacked is e-mails, I had VIP since June(?), I ordered an e-mail then and still haven't got it lol. (My VIP just expired this week).
