Yet im getting maximum 2MB, on a 8MB package.
It might be my modem but who knows.

The exchange is about 5 mins walk from my house.
We get crap speed aswell. Do what i do , go on option 2 , then instead of using the 5gb they give you use as much as you want. I do that and get charged 30p for every extra gig i use
