What exactly are you going to do in this website if your not going to make any of it, and presumably you can't code either?

These days all website owners do is buy the domain and hosting, and get everyone else to run and code it, while they sit back and relax and get the advantages. They then have the cheek to ask for donations (Not saying you are). All big popular websites and fansites where all originally run and coded by the owner, not the other way round.

far as this project coding
i see no huge point

however perhaps he does know some coding but cannot learn to code a layout or make one i would recoemend him taking some classes
