Hey! This site is mint, although, because it is so popular it is hard to get a Job here, I applied for a Job and i'm still awaiting a reply; I'm not saying that it's bad, I understand that people have other lives, people do get corsework and some people here even have jobs so, it's a good site and service, but it could do with more people looking at the Job applications. I say you have people hired just to do that! This site is very good though! I like!

Hey, The people that read your app are the manager/asst manager of the team you apply for , If you don't get a reply within a few days it probably mean you didn't make it, Just keep trying

I like to apply to all failed applicants but instead of going through them daily we wait until theres a week or mores worth then can compare all applications against each other.

Yes as already said I'm sure some managers look through all their applications at one point - say after a week rather than as they come in so I'd just be patient and I'm sure you will get a reply soon. Also I'm glad to hear you like the site and forum, good luck with your application.
