    Default I think its stupid.

All this stuff about the bloke being shot at stockwell tube station.
Apparently its down to the police for killing him. But it was 2 days after the 7/7 bombings and u think he is a suicide bomber, wot are u going to do if u think he gonna blow himself up? Shot him.

Maybe he was innocent but the police couldnt take the risk.

Also a while ago a man was shot dead and the police was blamed. They thought he was an armed robber and he was ordered to put his weapon down. He didnt put it down so he was shot, dead. It was then later found out that it was inactual fact a chair leg. But because it was a chair leg it was the polices faught. If the bloke was innocent he would have put the gun down. If the police think ur an armed robber and are pointing a gun at them they arent going to try n get the gun off u. I think he almost deserved it.

Anyway post ur opinions about these shootings.

The first one, i think the SAS had been following that guy cause he was suspected terrorist, and when he pegged it inside the train station to catch the train, the SAS took him down.

but i think they realised he wasnt a terrorist before they did it, but its hard to stop the SAS when they have a target.

He only ran because they were non-marked officers, carrying guns, for all he knew they were from gangs, type of gangs he escape when his family moved from Brazil > England.

Should they of shot him? Well, he could of been a terroist, but he's not, i think it was the right thing to do, sparing one life to save the majority (even the majority weren't in danger).

Was there any need for 10 shots to the head?

Sounds to me like they didn't want him to survive, for whatever reason.

Also, if you watch the CCTV footage, he didn't run away, at all. He got onto the train as anyone else, and the police then shot him. The CCTV is on BBC News website, somewhere.

When they shoot at a terrorist that could be armed they are trained to shoot to kill.

It's refering to the first shooting, where they shot him 10 times.

I'm sure that if I stood over someone and shot once or twice, I'd hit them - Wouldn't take 10 shots.

Yah and now he was proven innocent the police are gettnig the blame.
But if they didnt they would be blamed for letting a terroist get away and potentially blow himself and overs up.

I dont get the media. Make ur fen mind up
