Should I get a refund/replacement?

I ordered a package off Ebay a few weeks ago and it arrived today. Part of the package was a large glass container, so you would of thought that it would have been packaged securely and labelled clearly with 'HANDLE WITH CARE', especially since it was going from Israel to the UK.

It arrived like this:

Am I entitled to a refund/replacement, or is there nothing I can do about it?

you should certainly look into it yes

try emailing ebay with basically what you said in that post and they will help you sort it out

Read the sellers description of the item as it should tell you about the items insurance or returns etc.

Maybe you missed the part where he says you MUST buy the item below with the one you bought?
