Whats the easiest way to quit. I've tried patches and had a reaction making my arm red and sore.

Tried tablets from the doctors...Champix? I think anyway.

Still not able to do it. Any suggestions?

I have a reason to quit. A very big one, but can't seem to manage it.

    Try the nicotine gum.
When I quit ages ago I used to chew chewing gum all the time lol, but then i started back up.

If you have a very big reason to quit then surely you should be able to, and if its to do with health then that should be a big enough reason.

I planned to quit 1st October, only as it goes up to 18, and I am not 18 till 3rd November, but I know I wont. So i changed it to after New Year lol, to many parties coming up now to quit.

Just have one less everyday, and soon you won't be having any. Or, just do something to take your mind off it when you crave one.

Cut down gradually, instead of 20 a day, smoke 15 a day, then 10, then 5, then 0.
If you have a very valid reason, that should help motivate you :]

They are taking **** away from 16 year olds etc, so now they will just go to drugs.
**** will be like getting alchol now if your under age, so it will just push teenagers to go to drugs if they can't get either. Drugs are far easier to get these days so there wont be much there to stop them.

I agree, it's a very bad idea to do this.
