I think it would look good if you gave the ice a bit more a shine to it, just a bit, and I agree with the chars looking slightly thin. But you've put effort into it, and it's good. =]

i actually like it alot.
it looks effective.

it could be improved in some places.

Maybe expand it and add some Habbo's skating.
Also the ice doesn't look like ice.

I'm not sure about the cropped Plasto Chairs, it reminds me a little bit of the Dancing on Ice studio. But over all it's a pretty good piece, 7/10 and I agree with what Wizzdom said, you can have a look at how ice effects are used in the snowstorm arena's. +Rep
