Content Iframe goes longer?

Okay, Hi guys, i see some sites have a short content iframe for there site.

for example: www.clubhabbo.net & Hffm.co.uk

and when u click another page on the side it makes it logner, how do i go about doing that?

That isn't an iframe , jut an ordinary expandable box? If you want to know how they keep the radio box and stuff under it in place they just put it all in <tr>'s in tables under the navigation
