Just stay healthy, drink plenty of water and take some pain killers if you really want to.

If you do push ups, sit ups, I suggest you go down to about 10-20 pushes.
If you do weights depends on weight, do half of what your doing right now.
This is only if you got pains and you body build / work out.

    Default Hmm

The only thing to do really is just put up with the pain.
Sounds like simple growing pains, everyone has them.
If your doctor is anything like mine, don't bother going to see them about the pains, my doctor just said that I'm lying and told me to leave.

    Sleep it off.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.
