Ok so I am sitting here with a large carton of innocent smoothie im drinking. I thought it was good for you seeing as it has no additives etc, but I am now 3 quarters finished the carton and dont feel very well. It has all the ingridients on the back and nutritional info etc and it says about vitamins in it. What I want to know is, is having too much vitamin c bad for you? I googled it but cant find out what happens if you have too much. Any help?
